Online coaching is for anyone who wants professional guidance and accountability without meeting in person. It’s a great fit if:

  • You live outside the San Antonio area

  • You prefer training on your own but want a clear plan and expert support

  • You already have some exercise or nutrition knowledge and need structure to stay consistent

  • You want flexible coaching that fits into your schedule, wherever you are

  • You have specific issues (injury history, health concerns, or training goals) and want a trainer to create a plan tailored to those needs

Start with a 50-minute video consultation where we’ll assess your goals, fitness history, daily routines, and nutrition habits. You’ll need a fitness tracker, a scale, and a basic understanding of exercise and nutrition. After our call, I’ll build your customized training plan and guide you in using the A2i Fitness app.

Your consultation includes:

  • A 50-minute virtual consultation

  • Full program setup in the A2i Fitness app

  • Personalized recommendations based on your goals

  • Messaging access through the app

To schedule your online consultation, please contact me first to confirm availability. You can fill out the contact form or call/text me directly. Once we’ve confirmed a time, I’ll send you a private link to submit payment and secure your consultation.

Ongoing coaching starts at $180/month and is tailored to your goals, level of support, and preferred program style. During your consultation, we’ll review the coaching tiers and choose the option that best fits your needs and lifestyle.
