These on-demand workouts and programs are designed for individuals who are comfortable exercising on their own and want clear, thoughtful structure without ongoing coaching.

This section includes a mix of free downloadable workouts and paid self-guided programs. All options reflect the same programming principles used with personal training clients, including intentional movement selection, clear instructions, and efficient use of time.

Free workouts are provided as printable PDFs. Paid programs are delivered through the A2i Fitness app for those who prefer a fully structured digital experience.

How It Works

Choose the option that best fits your goals and schedule. Free workouts can be downloaded instantly. Paid self-guided programs are available immediately through the app. No consultation is required.

  • Designed for individuals who exercise consistently and are comfortable with foundational strength movements such as squats, lunges, pushups, and deadlifts. These workouts prioritize strong fundamentals, controlled tempo, and clear structure, and are designed to be completed in approximately 40 minutes.

  • Designed for experienced exercisers who are proficient in foundational strength movements such as squats, lunges, pushups, pullups, and deadlifts. These workouts feature higher training density, more complex movement sequencing, and are designed to take approximately 50–60 minutes to complete.

  • These mobility routines support movement quality, joint health, and recovery, and include both a full-body mat-based option and a foam roller and lacrosse ball routine. They are intended for individuals who are not currently injured and have been cleared to exercise, and should not be used to address active injuries.

About Self-Guided Programs (Coming Soon)

Paid self-guided programs are complete, pre-designed 6-week training plans delivered through the A2i Fitness app. Each program includes multiple workouts scheduled on a calendar, video demonstrations for every exercise, and built-in progression across the training period.

These programs are fully self-guided and do not include nutrition guidance or trainer access. They are designed for individuals who want a complete plan with app-based structure while training independently.

6-Week Personalized Training Program

For Individuals Who Want a Custom Program Built Around Their Goals and Lifestyle

This option is ideal for people who want a fully customized training cycle built around their goals, schedule, and available equipment but prefer to complete the workouts independently. It’s a great fit for intermediate exercisers who already have some familiarity with exercise and nutrition and want the confidence of following a structured program designed specifically for them.

Unlike my Intro Coaching Package, which includes multiple coaching sessions and support as you begin training, this service focuses on delivering a complete 6-week progressive program you can follow on your own.

How It Works
You’ll begin by booking a 50-minute consultation (online or in person). During this session we’ll review your goals, training history, available equipment, and weekly schedule. From there, I’ll design a fully progressive 6-week training program organized week by week inside the A2i Fitness app.

Once your program is ready, we’ll meet again for a 30–45 minute follow-up session to walk through your plan, review the exercises, and make sure you feel confident using the app and following the program.

• Program organized week by week inside the A2i Fitness app so you always know exactly what to do each day
• Exercise demonstrations and workout tracking inside the app

This service includes program design and the initial walkthrough but does not include ongoing coaching or weekly check-ins. If you’d like continued accountability and program updates, we can discuss ongoing coaching options.

Online Program Build: $300
In-Person Program Build: $400

Both options include the consultation, your customized 6-week program, and the follow-up session to review the plan inside the app.
