Hi! I’m Neely. I’m a mother, fiancé, business owner, head fitness coach of A2i Fitness LLC, and blogger. A2i is about bringing you convenience and  clarity when it comes to health and fitness. There are so many workouts, opinions, and topics to discuss. I will try to distill health and fitness as I see it, and for the past 17 years, with stories and information. I can’t promise you will always agree with me. I can’t promise I have all the answers. But I’m willing to listen, learn, and become a better wellness coach everyday. I want to hear your questions, concerns and interests.

I have played competitive soccer and basketball. I have been a gym rookie, a university recreation employee, a fitness intern, a fitness competitor, a group exercise instructor, a lifeguard, and a trainer for hundreds of people. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and have been certified for 17 years. I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with The National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS).

While I have been employed by university and commercial gyms, I prefer to help and consult with clients on location or online. I have found being on location helps people build fitness and nutrition confidence and a solid routine. I have trained in homes, apartment fitness centers, parks, small commercial gyms, and schools. I have consulted at clients’ home and job, at lunch, and over coffee. The flexibility is fun for me and appreciated by those struggling to fit in workouts.

I often find in someone’s effort to “get fit” they have bought an exercise or nutrition program, replaced it with program #2, and finally program #3–all inside ninety days–only to make little difference because there are no quick fixes for long-term problems. While every trainer has a somewhat different approach to fitness, there are fundamentals that a healthy lifestyle must include.

My aim for A2i Fitness LLC is to meet you at your current fitness level, establish your fitness & nutrition fundamentals, progress you safely & effectively, and help you choose workouts/meals based on your goals. I do this by sharing my own stories and experiences, teaching (in detail) fundamentals, and sharing workouts. I firmly believe, given the right information and tools, people can live fit.
